System front-end, fast web application
The GPS tracking system is publishing it’s end user features via the system front-end, a web application optimized for ease of access, simplicity, usability and fast application response.
The system supports multiple GPS trackers, Real time tracking for tracking the current locations of objects on different types of map systems like OpenStreetMap or Google Maps. POI (Points of interest) and route functionalities allow you to put markers at the locations that might be interesting or useful and show on map the routes of your vehicles by different filtering parameters. With geofencing and notifications you are able to make a virtual perimeter on geographic areas that have specific interest for you and get notified if your vehicles enter or leave these specific locations.
Data processing, monitoring, reporting
The system’s back-end data processing server infrastructure is receiving data from GPS trackers, stores to system database, then starts the processing and preparation for front-end modules. This process is monitored and administrative reports are generated, so system owner can analyze the system status and take action if needed to keep the system running fast and smooth.
End user reports include route and daily activity reports, different stopping point reports, fuel consumption. These reports can be exported as HTML, PDF, Excel and CSV files.
